Ian Cook is a freelance photographer/writer based in Vancouver. His travel pieces have had a nautical slant, with destination pieces featured in Sea Magazine, and Nor'Westing. He is a regular contributor to Boat Guide Magazine. Ian's photographs have appeared on the covers of Pacific Yachting, Nor'Westing, and Tourism Nanaimo magazine, as well as editorial support in British Columbia Magazine, Canadian Geographic, BC Outdoors, China Airlines, and Dynasty. He is also a teacher of photography.
