After completing a PhD in psychology from Oxford in 1995, Jason
moved to Canada and now makes his home on Salt Spring Island. He
has travelled to more than eighty countries, with a special fondness
for the Middle East and the South Pacific, and has just completed
his first book ('Deep Voices', Trafford Publishing, 2008) on the
topic of dolphins and whales in mythology from around the
world. His travel interests lie in remote and often unheard-of
places - count Niue, Sao Tome and St Helena among them. Previous
publications include Westworld (Canada), Odyssey (South Africa) and
Distant Shores (UK).
