Steve MacNaull is a staff writer at the Kelowna, British Columbia-based newspapers The Daily Courier, Okanagan Saturday and Okanagan Sunday.
His travel stories and photos first run in his hometown Okanagan Sunday paper and then are distributed by The Canadian Press feature wire, the service available to 51 daily newspapers across the country.
Some of his favourite trips have been to Hong Kong, Rome, London, San Francisco, Auckland, Sydney, Jamaica, Hawaii and Puerto Vallarta.
When not travelling or writing for newspapers, MacNaull runs every morning with his dog Smartie; enjoys Okanagan wines with his wife Kerry; watches his 16-year-old son Alex play hockey; and takes his five-year-old daughter Grace to the park.
