Laurie is a writer, photographer, blogger, social media leader, and videographer who has been working in media since 1986. Since 1997 Laurie has been the Editor/Publisher of Bigpacific.com's Guide to the Sunshine Coast, one of the first multimedia destinations to go online world-wide. Her focus is on rural community, lesbian travel with children, diabetic travel, cultural travel for families with teens and pre-teens, and technology for travelers.
