Jason came to his writing career on a circuitous path through numerous kitchens spread from Vancouver to Milan. He has fallen in love with culture, food, travel and wine, and has a particularly soft spot in his heart for cheese. Currently he is the creator, editor, and a contributing writer for Everything Wine magazine, a publication that takes an entertaining look at the culture surrounding wine. He is also researching cheese-which mostly involves eating it-for a book that looks at the culture surrounding cheese.
